What I Won - September 2017

September really flew by with C starting primary school. I would usually sit and enter competitions once the kids were in bed but with having uniforms to wash, dinner to eat and packed lunches to make, I've just been too tired to sit up late entering. In saying that, I did win a pretty good haul.

1) Four school uniform products (RRP £40.00) from Trutex
This was perfect as C has just started school. I was able to choose from any of their school uniform items and I went for two pairs of trousers, a fleece and a pair of joggers. The trousers are great as they don't have buttons or zips, just elastic, so C will be able to pull them up and down by himself. The fleece will be great for winter coming and joggers for P.E. as I haven't yet bought him any as P.E. won't begin until after half term.

2) Shloer gift (RRP £5.00) from Shloer

This was a little Instagram win where you only had to like and comment on the photo. I love Shloer and Ferrero Rocher but I only ever buy them at Christmas time. It's definitely made me feel more festive.

3) Mouse's Big Day book (RRP £6.99) from Toppsta

I used to enter Toppsta giveaways about a year ago then kept forgetting but now I've started again. If you aren't familiar with the site, you can enter their giveaways for children's books then if you win, you write a short review on their website. My children love new books so I need to remember to keep entering!

4) Keyring (RRP £12.00) from Lisa Bramley
This was another Instagram win where you had to like and tag a friend. I think this wee keyring is so cute but I'll refrain from posting a photo in case the recipient to be sees it - sorry!

5) Kids Ice Watch (RRP £55.00) from Mudpie Fridays
I was chuffed to bits to win this in the Mudpie Fridays blog giveaway. Chris wears a watch and C is always stealing it so he'll be so happy to have his own 'grown up' watch like daddy.

6) Bows and headbands (RRP £41.00) from Rose Cottage Tales

E has quite an impressive bow collection so this was a fab win for her. I'm loving the hairbands as she doesn't actually own any of that style.

7) Rick and Morty colouring book (RRP £10.99) from HeyUGuys

I was so happy to win this as Chris loves Rick and Morty! They run quite a few giveaways so it's worth keeping an eye on their website.

8) Kiddylicious hamper (RRP £50.00) from Primary Times

I will be gifting to my lovely friend Jenna at Chic Geek Diary for her little ones to enjoy. My two are a little but old for them so I'd like someone to get use out of them.

9) LEGO book (RRP £17.99) from Fun Kids

This is just the perfect prize for C. It came addressed to him which he loved and due to his superhero and LEGO obsession, he was chuffed to bits!

10) Pizza voucher from Chicago Town
Chicago Town run a #CheesyFridayGiveaway on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram every week. The Instagram one (which I won on) doesn't get as many entries as the other two so it's worth trying to remember to enter there too.

11) Bubble bath (RRP £3.99) from Good Bubble

I have seen so many bloggers reviewing this range but I haven't yet spotted them in shops. It smells so good and I can't wait to try it. This was another Instagram win.

12) Mister Maker Live show tickets and Meet & Greet (RRP £47.00) from NI4Kids

I found out about this win two days before the show and I was so excited. C has been watching Mister Maker on CBeebies since he was no age so I knew he'd love it. The show was amazing, C absolutely loved it and joined in with everything. When meeting Mister Maker, the kids even got their own activity books to do.

13) Halloween Haribo (RRP £4.50) from Bella Magazine
I love little wins like this! I don't think they will last long with C around - he loves Haribo!

So in September 2017 I won 13 prizes worth a total of £296.46. If you'd like to know my comparison's to this month in past years, I've included them below..

September 2016 - 15 prizes worth £326.15
September 2015 - 18 prizes worth £243.85
September 2014 - 6 prizes worth £240.47
