What Would You Do If You Won the Lottery? (+ giveaway)

Well? What would you do if you won the jackpot? Usually when people get asked that question, I notice that most people have similar, lavish answers. Huge mansion, fast sports car, the lot. I think the things that I would spend the money on would be fairly normal and weird for some!

The first thing I'd do is learn to drive and because I'd have all that money, I'd probably opt for a crash course and get it over and done with in a short space of time. I'm only 24 and I've been meaning to learn since I was 17 but life kind of got in the way. With C at school now, I'm noticing how much I need a car!

Speaking of cars, I'd have to buy one after passing my test of course. I wouldn't go all out. I'd just opt for a simple family car with a big boot space so we can go on family adventures.

DisneyWorld Florida has got to be on my list too. We are planning to go to Disneyland Paris but Florida has to be seen too. I've wanted to go since I was a little girl so I would love my Disney-obsessed children to experience it too.

A new house! Actually, maybe my answers aren't weird after all. I still wouldn't go for the mansion (do you know how long they'd take to clean!?) because who needs that many rooms? We live in a 2 bed terraced house without a garden. I'd love a 3 or 4 bed house with a decent sized garden for my children to play in. See? Fairly normal.

Finally, living in Northern Ireland means that a lot of my favourite bands don't play here. They tend to stick to the US or mainland UK. If I won the lottery, I'd make sure I saw all of my favourite bands play live. I've seen Dropkick Murphys play twice (in Belfast and Dublin) but I would love to see them play in Boston, Massachusetts on St Patrick's Day. I think the atmosphere would just be incredible.

I play the lottery probably once or twice a month and I tend to stick to Euromillions as the jackpot is quite high and I'd usually buy my tickets in a supermarket. Lottoland is a great site for playing the lottery online and there are so many more games to choose from. Of course you can still do the Euromillions but you can also play the Irish Lottery (which my dad tells me is easier to win than Euromillions!), Powerball (which had a whopping £1 billion jackpot last year) and so many other lottery games from different countries. It's really easy to do, you pick your numbers as usual and you can even find out what the jackpots are and your odds of winning. Once you've chosen and paid, they get saved into your account and you will get an email when they are drawn so you can check if you've won.

I've played a few games so far and not won much yet but who knows, you've gotta be in it to win it as they say!

  1. I would buy the house we are living in and make major improvements to it. I would also give up work and spend more time with my Mum and Dad.
